How do you pay for the rental without a bank account?
Payment is made in advance, for one year or more, by bank transfer or in cash within the legal limits. If the tenant chooses a transfer, the key is handed over and the box becomes accessible once the amount has been credited. One month before the renewal date, Gold & Silver Company invites the tenant to renew, remotely by email and transfer, or at the branch.

Who can rent without an account: residents, cross-border workers, businesses?
Private individuals and businesses rent under the same conditions, whatever their nationality. A French resident who works across the border, an expatriate staying in Belgium, a company that wants to keep documents in a safe place: the same rule applies to each of them, and nobody has to prove a banking relationship in Belgium. What does the strongroom guarantee once the agreement is signed?
Armoured vault, time lock, facial recognition, 24-hour surveillance, INCERT grade 3 certification: the arrangements are those described on the official website. Agreement signed, the tenant goes to the box alone, carrying an access card, a key and a personal code entered well away from prying eyes; the strongroom houses a privacy booth, out of camera view, where valuables are handled without witnesses.
